Everything your team needs to know

• All matches are best 2 of 3. Sets 1 and 2 go to 25 (cap at 27). A deciding third set goes to 15 (cap at 17).
• Every team is guaranteed a minimum of 5 matches. We add more matches when registration numbers allow.
• Warm-ups start at 7:30am. First matches start at 8:00am.
• Each team gets two 30-second timeouts per set.
• Teams bring their own warm-up balls and ball carts.

• First two rounds of each wave: 2-4-4. 2 minutes shared, 4 minutes serving team, 4 minutes receiving team.
• All later rounds: 1-2-2. 1 minute shared, 2 minutes serving team, 2 minutes receiving team.
• Serving happens during each team's own court time, not during shared time.
• Both teams may agree to waive warm-ups and start play early.

• The first matches of the day must start on time.
• For every match after the first match of the day, warm-up time begins as soon as the previous match on that court ends.
• A team that is not present for its warm-up forfeits the first set. If the team does not arrive within 15 minutes, it forfeits the second set and the match.

• First referees are provided by the tournament.
• Work teams provide 2 line judges, 1 scorekeeper and 1 down official. The down official must be a coach or a very capable player.
• Libero tracker and book are not provided. If you want them, please bring your own.

• Rosters are due to the tournament directors by July 1.
• Maximum 14 players and 2 coaches per team.
• The tournament is reserved for players who are eligible for the upcoming fall high school season.
• NFHS uniform rules do not apply, but players on a team must match and wear numbers that match the roster.

• Two teams tied: 1) head-to-head result, 2) set percentage, 3) point percentage, 4) coin flip.
• Three or more teams tied: 1) set percentage among all matches, 2) point percentage. Once the tie is down to two teams, use the two-team procedure. If teams are still tied, the lowest seeds flip first.

• Poor conduct, including repeated arguing of calls, foul language, verbal abuse or physical abuse, will not be tolerated. It can result in loss of a set, loss of a match or ejection from the tournament.
• These rules apply to players, coaches, parents and spectators.
• Spectators of all ages must stay in the court areas in use and may not wander into or play in other spaces.

• Entry is $500 per team. On-site lodging is $300 per team.
• A non-refundable $150 team deposit is due within 2 weeks of receiving your invoice to secure your spot. The lodging deposit is $100, also non-refundable.
• Full payment is due June 1.
• Teams that drop on or after June 1 are not eligible for any refund.
• Pay by check to PNW SVC with the memo PNW SVC 2027. An official quote or invoice is available on request for school POs.

• Sleepover style, and the best team-bonding night of the summer. Teams get space in the back gym attached to the venue.
• Bring air mattresses, cots and sleeping bags. Showers and bathrooms are provided.
